NON-STICK & STAIN RESISTANT: allows for easy release and cleanup using Whitford's XYLAN PLUS double layer non-stick coating which is PFOA, lead, cadmium and heavy metal free. Easy to cook using virtually no or very little butter or oil allowing for healthy cooking.
